Quesadillas and co.

Sauteed shrimps with a touch of Louisiana hot sauce.

Mushrooms (aren’t they cute?) with black pepper.

Zucchini plain pan-roasted.

The tortillas themselves are made with flour and flaxseed (!). I had to try it. The seeds add some textural interest. The cheese for the quesadillas was grated Emmentaler, because that’s our go-to cheese over here.

That was dinner on Friday. Recipes? Aww, come on! The description says it all.
