Savoury Porridge – Part 2

Just a quick note to let you know that this morning I made the porridge with cumin seeds instead of mustard and fresh parsley, because I did not have coriander. I know I put parsley yesterday for garnish, but today I chopped it up and added it with the vegetables. It tasted really good! The end-product looks much better too somehow because of the red bell pepper. Gosh, at this point I don’t know which one I like better, the South Indian version or the North Indian version. What about you?
